Announcing two upcoming professional development events in Sacramento, CA
As one of the contributors to the book, Fearless Coaching, I will provide two-day training and Community of Practice meetings during two upcoming events in Sacramento, California. The events are designed for deep implementation of Fearless Coaching principles as well as offering attendees the opportunity to build their coaching skills.
During the events, coaches will learn how to use the Fearless Coaching tools that are designed to enhance equity-focused school improvement and collaboration. Coaches will learn what fearless coaching is and is not, identify ways to build psychologically safe relationships, and practice effective coaching stances that propel their leaders to achieve their goals. Coaches will leave with an actionable coaching toolkit that can be immediately implemented and that’s aligned to the Five Key Practices of School and District Leaders aimed at transformational change. All registrants will receive Creative Leadership Solution’s book, Fearless Coaching.

July 23-24: Sacramento County Office of Education Conference Center, 3661 Whitehead Street, Suite 100, Mather, CA 95655. Class runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. both days and is taught in-person.
October 1-2: Folsom Cordova Unified School District FCUSD Educational Services Center Boardroom, 1965 Birkmont Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742. Class runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. both days and is taught in-person.
